Our fitness and wellbeing weekends will help you achieve genuine sustainable results and a healthy mindset. Our outdoor activities, classes and workshops will help you improve your fitness levels, lose weight and inches, and improve your health & wellbeing leaving you feeling amazing  both inside & out!

The Accommodation

The Penquoit Centre is a welcoming courtyard of historic longhouses converted into hostel accommodation. The land on which the centre stands includes a range of fields, ancient woodland, direct access to the Cresswell river and the Pembrokeshire National Park. The land is rich in birdlife, river, sea and wildfowl and within easy reach of over 20 beautiful beaches, the Preselli Hills, castles, Tenby and Caldy. The hostel consists of 2 dormitories (one on the ground floor), communal showers and toilets. There are 2 private rooms, a large dining room with wood burning stove and a long room ideal for group activities, workshops and creativity.

Nutrition

Simply Balance Boot Camp food is simply first class. Our food is of the highest quality fresh and nutritionally balanced.  It will help you to recover from each day of training and replenish your energy levels.  It is rich in nutrients and proteins and has been carefully put together by our nutritional advisor to help you get the most out of the weekend.

What you will need..

  • Sleeping Bag/Duvet and a flat sheet (pillows provided)
  • 4 Change of clothes for working out in
  • Walking boots, trainers and a pair of flip flops
  • Pyjamas
  • Wash bag
  • Towel
  • Insect repellent
  • Ear plugs (incase of snorers)
  • Any medication you may need
