What we offer

We aim to make our membership deals good value and simple to understand. Initial membership is for 6 months and there after can be simply continued or can be cancelled with at least one full calendar months notice. Or you can opt for a casual membership and pay one month at a time.

There is no joining fee and induction for full members is included also. After induction your individual training plan will be expertly prepared for you and constantly monitored through your membeship to ensure that it remains suitable as you progress.

We offer 3 types of membership- Bronze, Silver and Gold. These are detailed below. Direct Debit or full membership duration payment required.

We do offer single months and day passes the details of which you will find in the non-members section.

gym ,sauna ,vibrostation and classes

£25 per month on a 6 month direct debit

Silver

+ sunbeds or a monthly spray tan

£30 per month on a 6 month direct debt

Gold

+ monthly half leg or bikini wax

£35.00 per month on a 6 month direct debt

Platinum

+ Personal Training session every month

£50.00 per month on a 6 month direct debt

Pay for 6 months in one payment get one month free

Pay for 12 months in one payment get two months free

New i lipo 3 month membership

3 Direct Debts of £150

1st month personal programme and nutrional programme

2nd month start your 8 i lipo sessions

3rd month maintenance programme

One to One Pilates £25.00 per session or buy 6 sessions and receive 2 free

All Memberships that are for an initial 6 month period then need a 30 day notice period to cancel membership

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit or credit card

Sunbeds are limited to 60 Sessions per year as per government recommendations
