Every member will receive a free induction and personal programme  from a fully qualified instructor when they join Simply Balance gym  to ensure our members get the right individual  programme for thier needs whether it be weight loss, general toning, specific training for a sport or rehabilation after an injury or pre/post natal etc


Our gym membership is £25.00 per month (for 6 months) or £30 for an individual month and includes:

50+ Off Peak Membership is £15 per month (for 12 months) and includes all of the above between the hours of: Monday - Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday 10am - 2pm
